Three held with yaba tablets

Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) arrested three alleged drug peddlers along with 16,650 yaba tablets from Chawkbazar area in the capital early yesterday. The arrestees were Mostak Ahmed, 32, Masi Alam, 47 and Md Wahid,40. RAB-2 Commanding Officer Lt Col Mohiuddin Ahmed said on information, a team of RAB-2 led by Deputy Director Major Nasir Uddin Ahmed raided in the area  around 12:30am. Later, they arrested trio  with yaba tablets, he added. During the primary interrogation, they admitted that they were involvement in the drug peddling for long times, the RAB-2 boss said.
