Arrest of journo Utsa�s killers demanded

RANGPUR: The journalists yesterday formed a human chain strongly protesting the brutal killing of local journalist Moshiur Rahman Utsa alias Utsa Rahman and demanded immediate arrests of the killers and exemplary punishment to them, reports BSS. Under the banner of different journalists organisations, the local journalists of the print, electronic and online media, photojournalists and video journalists formed the human chain in front of Rangpur Press Club (RPC). President of RPC and valiant freedom fighter Sadrul Alam Dulu presided over the human chain programme. Family members of Utsa, members of RPC, Rangpur City Press Club, Rangpur Reporters Club, Mahiganj Press Club, district unit of Bangladesh Photojournalists Association and other organisations of journalists and civil society members took part in the human chain. General Secretary of RPC and valiant freedom fighter Ali Ashraf, President of Rangpur City Press Club Sharifuzzaman Bulu and its General Secretary Shakil Ahmed, President of Rangpur Reporters Club Masudar Rahman Milu and its General Secretary Mozaffar Hossain and President of Mahiganj Press Club Bablu Nag addressed, among others.
