Chocolate cake on the stove

Ingredients
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups sugar
2 teaspoon baking powder
4 large eggs, at room temperature
3/4 cup cooking oil
2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 teaspoon powdered milk
Some raisins (optional)
Directions
Take a bowl and beat the eggs, sugar and oil properly with a wooden or a simple table spoon until it gets creamy. In another bowl, take the flour and mix the baking powder and powdered milk by hand. Then mix the flour in three parts with the previous creamy mixture. Add the cocoa powder (make it liquid by mixing with water or a little milk) and vanilla essence. You can add some raisins, too.
Take a baking pan. Put some oil, and ensure that the whole pan is coated in oil. Then sprinkle some flour on the oily pan, so that the cake does not get stuck to the pan.
Now take a tawa (traditional flat iron pan for making chapattis or a griddle pan) and put it on the stove to heat. Put an iron coaster, or trivet, on the heated tawa. Then put the baking pan on top of the trivet. Cover up the whole pan with a saucepan. Make sure the rim of the sauce pan touches the tawa.
Turn up the gas stove for 2 minutes, and then put it down on low heat for 10 minutes. Again, turn up the stove for 2 minutes and then put on low heat for 10 more minutes.
After 20-25 minutes, remove saucepan and check if the cake is done by inserting a toothpick in the centre. If the toothpick comes out clean, then the cake done, but if it comes out moist, let the cake bake a little longer and test with the toothpick again after 5 minutes.
Run a knife around the edge of the baking pan and turn the cake out onto a rack to cool completely. Serve and enjoy!
