A total of 124 peoples were arrested by Motijheel Thana police following the ransacking of the Bangladesh Football Federation (BFF) Bhaban on Tuesday.
Out of 124, two were released from court after preliminary queries and the others were denied bail.
Meanwhile, a section of supporters of Arambagh Krira Sangha ransacked the ‘Football Bhaban’ yesterday after a match of Bangladesh Champions League between Arambagh and Bangladesh Police AC at the Bir Shreshtha Mostafa Kamal Stadium on Tuesday.
BFF filed a case against some 150 peoples who were allegedly vandalized the BFF Bhaban Abu Nayeem Shohag, general secretary of the BFF, told the reporters, “Instantly we could not identify anyone but there were at least 150 to 200 people who entered into the premises crossing wall and did the damaging activities.”
Shohag also said that action will be taken against the Arambagh KS in accordance with the clause of the BFF.
