Candidates� pledge for graft-free admin

In separate public-facing programmes, all the seven mayoral candidates for the upcoming election in Keshorehat Pourasava under Mohanpur Upazila and Tanore Pourasava in the district have pledged that they will work for building corruption-free pourasava administration if they were elected, reports BSS from Rajshahi.
They also promised that they will put in their best efforts for making their respective administration developed besides improving living and livelihood condition of their voters through need-oriented projects.
 Coming to a single stage, four mayoral candidates in Keshorehat Pourasava, Shahiduzzaman (Boat), Alauddin Ali (Paddy Sheaf), Joynal Abedeen (Plough) and Hafizur Rahman (Jug), while three candidates for Tanore Pourasava, Imrul Haque (Boat), Mijanur Rahman (Paddy Sheaf) and Abul Hasant Mukhlesur Rahman (Coconut Tree), sought votes in favour of their respective symbol.
