Housing and Public Works Minister Mosharrof Hossain inaugurated the circular bus service in Hatirjheel area of the capital yesterday.
The bus service will run from Rampura bridge-Mohanagar-Modhubagh-Maghbazar-Viaduct-1, Begunabri-Kunipara-Gulshan Arong-Police Plaza-Merul Badda-Rampura Bridge.
The fare up to Viaduct-1 is fixed at Tk15 and the fare of the whole circular route is Tk 30.
Initially, the circular service is being inaugurated with four non-AC buses each having the capacity of carrying 27 passengers.
Speaking on the occasion, Mosharrof Hossain said the government has taken plans to beautify Hatirjheel area further and to increase the services offered there.
