Tisha to appear in tele-drama �Upohar�

On the occasion of Christmas, popular actress Nusrat Imroz Tisha will be appearing in a special tele-drama titled ‘Upohar’. Directed by Jayanta Rozario and written by Apel Mahmud, the other cast of the tele-drama includes Nabila, child artiste Sabbir, Ratul, Rohan, among others.
Tisha will be playing the role of Angela Gomez. Regarding the story of the tele-drama, Tisha said, “The story is quite exceptional and it involves a lot of emotional attachment. I hope the viewers appreciate it.”
The story of the tele-drama takes place in an orphanage on the hills, surrounded by natural beauty. Sister Tina welcomes her friend Angela Gomez, who is a writer and chose the serene location to write peacefully. Angela develops a bond with the orphans staying there, especially with a particular orphan by the name of Roddur, who was found by the church’s Father in a terrible condition by the dustbin. Roddur is not only an intelligent boy, but also quite imaginative. Even though he is an orphan, he likes to think that his parents will come to him bringing plenty of chocolates. He also has a unique habit of going near a particular hill and talking to that hill.
On Christmas Eve, Sister Tina informs that on Christmas, Roddur will receive the best gift. He will be getting the gift of a mother, and that mother is Angela Gomez. Angela Gomez will also be getting the gift of a son. At the end, it can be seen that Roddur rushes to his favourite hill and screams out “I have a mother, I have a mother.”
