The majority of Bangladeshi mobile internet users think that social networking is good for daily life, a recent study found.
Around 75 per cent of the respondents in the survey conducted by UC Browser, one of the leading third-party mobile browsers in the world, said social networking is good for daily life.
The survey found only 6.8 per cent Bangladeshi mobile internet users think social networking site or SNS is not good for their daily life.
The most popular SNS in Bangladesh is Facebook, with 85.1 per cent dominant vote, and over 70 per cent people are heavy online social networking users, spending more than 1 hour per day, according to the survey which covered 7395 Bangladeshi mobile internet users.
“Bangladesh is one of our most important market and we are glad to see our increasing development here. We will continue improving our products and providing better experience to Bangladeshi users,” said Kenny Ye, managing director of UC Web International Business Department.
