�Moja Losss?� page admin on 2-day remand

A Dhaka court yesterday placed the admin of the popular Facebook page ‘Moja Losss?’ on a two-day remand in a case filed under the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Act.
After a hearing, Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate Waskurni Khan granted the remand after police produced ‘Moja Losss?’ Facebook site admin Refayet Ahmed before the court and sought a 5-day remand to interrogate him in police  custody.
 It has been alleged by the law enforcement agencies that Refayet was posting indecent remarks on his Facebook site ‘Moja Losss’.

Sub Inspector Zakir Hossain of Bhatara Police Station filed a case against Refayet under the section 57 of the ICT Act.
On Thursday, members of the Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) arrested Refayet from Bashundhara Residential area of the capital.
