A nominated councilor candidate was arrested by the police from Kotchandpur main town on Wednesday night.
The one number ward counselor candidate in Kotchandpur pouroshova was identified as Mahbubul Khan Hanif. Kotchandpur thana officer in charge Ahammed Kabir said he was a listed convict in the thana, as we arrested him.
