Female medical student found dead

Madaripur: Police recovered the hanging body of a female student of Barisal Medical College from her house at Bhabanipur village in Kalkini upazila yesterday morning, reports UNB.
The deceased was identified as Mohua Akter, 21, a 2nd year student of the medical college.
Police said family members found her hanging from the ceiling in her room early in the morning. Being informed police recovered the body.
Family members claimed that she committed suicide for excessive academic pressure.
SI of Kalkini police Wadud Mia said her family will take permission from the DC for not conducting the deceased’s post-mortem.
