The Election Commission (EC) yesterday served show-cause notices on three ruling party lawmakers for violating election code of conduct. The parliamentarians are MA Malek (Dhaka-20), Shafiqul Islam Shimul (Natore-2) and Showkat Hasanur Rahman (Barguna-2). They have been asked to explain within three days.
