Water supply system inaugurated

A Modernised water supply system was inaugurated at Kashimpur Central Jail in Gazipur yesterday. HT Imam, Political adviser to Prime Minister, inaugurated the system as the chief guest while senior secretary of home affairs ministry Dr Mozammel Haque Khan, Inspector General of Prison Brigadier General Iftekhar Uddin, head of delegation of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) Mrs Cristeena Cheepola, deputy commissioner of SM Alam spoke among others in the inaugural session. Superintendent of Gazipur police Harun Or Rashid, senior jail officials were present during the programme.
