Police arrest 59 in Ctg

CHITTAGONG:  Police in overnight dive arrested 59 people and seized 116 liters of liquor from different upazilas of the district on Thursday night. Kazi Abdul Aowal, additional superintendent of police (Special Branch) of Chittagong district police, said police in special drives from Thursday night to Friday morning, arrested 59 people from different areas of the upazilas of the district. Among the detainees, 52 people are warranted in different cases and seven others are accused in regular cases.
