Solar power, construction materials expo begins in Dhaka

A three-day exposition on solar power and construction materials began in the capital’s Bashundhara Convention City yesterday, reports UNB.
Housing and Public Works Minister Engineer Mosharraf Hossain inaugurated the exhibition on construction materials while Prime Minister’s Energy Adviser Tawfiq-e-Elahi Chowdhury opened the expo on solar power at a single ceremony.
Over 60 local and Indian companies are taking part in the fair to showcase their products and services in two separate halls of the convention centre.
