Man hacked to death in Narsingdi

A man was hacked to death by unidentified assailants at Bagdi of the district town early yesterday. The deceased was identified as Robin Khandaker, 26, of the area.
Police said Robin went out of house at about 8.30 pm on Friday and did not return home. Yesterday morning, local people found his body and informed his parents. His parents took him to Narisngdi sadar hospital, where attending doctor declared him dead.
OC (Investigation) of sadar police Abu Taher said a
gang of criminals, numbering seven to eight, attacked him and stabbed him indiscriminately at about 2.30 am while he was returning
home.
 The OC said Robin was an accused in a murder case.
