Pak, UN remarks condemned

Referring to Pakistan and United Nation’s comments on the execution of war criminals threatening the country’s sovereignty, Prof Dr Muntassir Mamoon, president of the Bangladesh History Conference, on Friday condemned both the statements. Mamoon condemned the remarks at the “Third Annual Conference-2015: local history”, held at the Teachers-Students Centre (TSC) auditorium of Dhaka University in the morning. Chaired by Prof Mamoon, the conference was addressed, among others, by History Conference’s general secretary, Prof Meshbah Kamal, National University’s vice-chancellor, Prof Dr Harun-or-Rashid.
