Members of Rapid Action Battalion detained two suspected smugglers and recovered three kilograms of gunpowder from Hakimpur frontier area on Tuesday night.
The arrestees were identified as Toukir Ahmed, 22, of Uttar Basudebpur and Samad Ali, 28, of Galpara village of the upazila.
