Chittagong: Police in special drives arrested 57 people, including eight Jamaat-Shibir activists from different upazilas of the district on Tuesday, reports BSS.
Mohammad Naimul Hasan, additional superintendent of Police (Special Branch) of Chittagong district, said the arrestees include eight were Jamaat- Shibir activists and 49 accused in regular cases.
