Arafat becomes brand ambassador of AKASH DTH
Mohammad Shamsuzzaman Arafat, the first resident Bangladeshi Ironman triathlon finisher, joined hands with the country’s first and only direct-to-home service provider AKASH DTH as its brand ambassador. Mohammad Shamsuzzaman Arafat, the First Resident Bangladeshi Ironman triathlon finisher, joined hands with the country’s first and only direct-to-home service provider AKASH DTH as its brand ambassador. He will walk with the brand for one year to promote the idea of limitless possibilities of human being. Athlete Mohammad Shamsuzzaman Arafat signed the agreement, to participate in different social and promotional activities of AKASH DTH, in a program held today in Beximco Communications head quarter in Gulshan.

On the occasion, Muhammad Abul Khair Chowdhury, Head of Marketing and Strategic Sales of AKASH DTH, said, “Arafat incorporates the motto of a limitless journey in his lifestyle, where he believes, everything is achievable through passion and consistency. He was groomed with the country’s finest athletic minds as a rare type of long distance Endurance athlete in Bangladesh. His own thrive for knowledge and dedication for sports helped him to find a new goal as an endurance athlete, which results to cross Bangla Channel for 5 times till the date, first man to run from Teknaf to Tetulia in 2017 in 20 days to create awareness on good health and active lifestyle, which amounted to him running 50 km on average every day. AKASH DTH believes in sustainable approach in every perspective of life. We believe that working with Arafat will help us to let people know our mind and inspiration.”

Mohammad Shamsuzzaman Arafat, an Assistant Director of Bangladesh Bank and ex-student of Dhaka University, is the first resident Bangladeshi to finish Ironman triathlon in 2017 in Malaysia and some marathons and ultra marathon races in Bangladesh and India.
