Youth crushed under wheels of train

An unidentified youth was crushed under the wheels of a running train at Bghmara Level Crossing of Mymensingh town yesterday afternoon.  Abdul Ahad Khan, officer-in-charge of Mymensingh Railway Police Station, quoting local people said the youth aged about 25 was going to a market carrying tiffin carrier. The youth, who had been using head phone to enjoy songs from his mobile set, could not probably hear the whistle of Mymensingh- bound Mahua Express from Netrakona and was crushed by the train around 1.30 pm, said the OC.  The identity of the victim could not be known.  The body has been sent to Mymensingh Medical College Hospital morgue for autopsy.
