Chief Justice (CJ) Surendra Kumar Sinha made a courtesy call on president Abdul Hamid at Bangabhaban in the capital yesterday, reports BSS. During the meeting, the CJ apprised the president of the different activities of the judiciary, president's Press Secretary Joynal Abedin told BSS. Surendra Kumar Sinha informed the president about his recent visit to India. He also discussed the issue of training of judges and sought the president's cooperation in this regard. The CJ also laid emphasis on imparting comprehensive forensic training to judges, police and physicians for proper settlement of crimes related trials. The president assured the CJ of extending all-out cooperation. Secretaries concerned to the president were present.
