Police submitted a chargesheet to Chief Metropolitan Magistrate's Court on November 11 against eight people in the sensational liquid cocaine haul case in Chittagong Port. The charsheeted accused are Bakul Mia, Fazlu Mia, Golam Mostafa Sohel, managing director of Prime Hatchery and Khanjahan Ali Limited, Atikur Rahman, business executive of Mandal Group, a business firm of readymade garments exporters, AK Azad, manager of Cosco Bangladesh Shipping Lines Ltd and Mostafa Kamal, an official of a private developer company, Saiful Islam, an official of a C&F and Mehedi Alam, executive of a securities firm. Saiful Islam freed on bail on November 18, 2015 and Bakul Mia and Fazlu Mia now are in London, the others are now in behind the bar.
