Another Wari gas line blast victim dies

A woman who along with her husband and daughter sustained burn injuries in a fire from gas line blast at their house at Tipu Sultan Road in the capital’s Wari area on November 13 died at Dhaka Medical College Hospital (DMCH) yesterday, reports UNB. The deceased was identified as Hosne Ara Begum, 40. Sources at the DMCH said Hosne Ara Begum, who was undergoing treatment at the hospital burn unit with 45 per cent burn injures, succumbed to the injuries at about 3 am. Earlier on November 14, Alamgir Hossain, husband of the deceased, who was undergoing treatment at the DMCH burn unit with 95 per cent burn injures, succumbed to the injuries at the hospital. On November 13, Alamgir and his wife Hosne Ara Begum, 40, and daughter Sharmin, 21, sustained severe burn injuries.
