A fire broke out in a footwear factory in the capital’s Bangshal area yesterday, reports UNB. Sources at Fire Service Control Room said the fire erupted in the factory at Sikkatoli under Bongshal police station around 1:50pm.
On information, nine fire fighting units rushed in and doused the blaze after half an hour of frantic efforts.
