Dutch Bangla chamber gets new office bearers

Anwar Shawkat Afser, managing director of Sakhi Lines Ltd, and Shakawat Hossain Mamun , additional managing director of  Provati Insurance Company Ltd, have recently been elected as president (re-elected) and secretary general of Dutch Bangla Chamber of Commerce and Industry (DBBCI), respectively, the organisation said in après statement.

Hashan Mahmood Chowdhury, managing director and CEO of KN-Harbour Consortium Ltd, was elected as senior vice president while Atiqul Haque, president and CEO of Mithun Knitting and Dyeing (CEPZ) Ltd, was elected as vice presedent.

The 19th annual general meeting (AGM) of DBBCI, which was held at a hotel in the capital on Tuesday, elected its new office bearers for 2020-2022 tenure.
