Sajjadul Hassan made new Biman chairman

Sajjadul Hassan, a former senior secretary of the Prime Minister’s office, has been appointed as the new chairman of the board of the Biman Bangladesh Airlines.

A circular was issued yesterday from the Ministry of Civil Aviation and Tourism about his appointment, Md Mosharraf Hossain, a joint secretary of the ministry, confirmed that to The Independent.

It was known from the ministry that the new appointment was made after the tenure of outgoing chairman air marshal Mohammad Enamul Bari got expired in this month.

Aside from the post of the chairman, no other changes were brought in the board, confirmed the source in the ministry.
