Bangladeshis get help from embassy

STAFF REPORTER, Dhaka

Over 500 Bangladeshi students who are currently under a lockdown at Wuhan in China have been contacted by the Bangladesh Embassy in Beijing and their universities have assured them of assistance. “We are safe. The Bangladesh Embassy in Beijing is in constant contact with us. Thank you all for your concerns,” wrote Asif Ahmed Sourov, one of the Bangladeshi students at Hubei University of Technology, on his facebook account.
