An anti-drug meeting was held on Thursday Moharaja JN High School and College premises to raise awareness of the adverse impact of drug addiction and make the society from abusive drug. Deputy Commissioner of Natore Md Shahariaz took part in the meeting as the chief guest. In his speech, he said youth could play an important role for the wellbeing of the country. “If they are not free from drug abuse they will not act properly.” he added. Police Super Liton Kumar Shah, president of governing body of the institution Md Zahidur Rahman, acting Principal Ashraful Islam, Sadar Thana OC Kazi Jalaluddin and Inspector for the Department of Narcotics Control Lutfur Rahman, among others, spoke on the occasion.
