The investigation agency of the International Crimes Tribunal (ICT) will interrogate Eunus Ahmed, 71, and Md Uzer Ahmed Chowdhury, 60, two war crime suspects from Moulvibazar, at their Dhanmandi safe house on November 18 and 19, reports BSS. The ICT-1 set the date accepting plea from prosecutor Mohammad Ali. Uzer of Bagarjura village, and Eunus of Sonatiki village under Rajnagar Police Station in Moulvibazar, were arrested on October 12, hours after the ICT-1 issued warrant to arrest five of them. The other three accused are-Shamsul Haque Tarafdar, 65, Nesar Ali, 75, and Mobarak Miah, 65. According to the prosecution, the accused were actively involved with Razakar and Al Badr, two ferocious auxiliary forces of Pakistani occupation army, in 1975 and carried out gruesome crimes against humanity in the locality.
