Dr Kaikaus made Principal Secretary to PM

Dr Ahmad Kaikaus, Senior Secretary of Power Division of Ministry of Power, Energy and Mineral Resources has been appointed as the Principal Secretary to the Prime Minister (PM) yesterday.

An admin cadre officer of Bangladesh Civil Service (BCS) of 1986 batch, he will be replacing existing Principal Secretary Md Nojibur Rahman, who will go on retirement on December 31 this year. The public administration ministry issued a notification in this regard yesterday.

Dr Kaikaus joined the Power Division as Secretary-in-Charge on December 15, 2016.
