Jhantu pledges services free from corruption

RANGPUR: Mayor of Rangpur City Corporation (RCC) Sarfuddin Ahmed Jhantu has committed to keep the RCC administration free from all sorts of corruptions ensuring transparency as per his pre- election pledges, reports BSS.
He reiterated the commitment while addressing a press conference on Thursday to brief media workers about the appreciation letter recently issued by Transparency International Bangladesh (TIB) to him for keeping the RCC administration corruption-free. "Singed by Executive Director of TIB Dr Iftekharuzzaman, the letter said that RCC has achieved huge positive success in establishing good governance, preventing corruptio," Jhantu said.
