Department of National Consumer Rights Protection (DNCRP) yesterday fined 13 organisations Taka 86,500 during market monitoring in the country, reports BSS. Three divisional and district officials of the department led market monitoring drives in Dhaka, Kushtia and Kurigram, said a press release. They fined 13 organisations for various irregularities, including preparing food in unhealthy conditions and not displaying retain price on the packets of products.
