AMARI Dhaka, one of the leading luxury hotels in the country, introduced its signature all-day dining buffet restaurant ‘Amaya food gallery’ at level 13 in its premises. The restaurant has been launched on May 27 through a press conference for the first time ever in Amari Properties under Onyx hospitality worldwide. Setting a new gourmet scene in Dhaka, Amaya makes its debut with four distinct live kitchens showcasing the finest cuisines from Asia: four-state Japanese cuisine corner, celebrating the finest and most authentic Asian cuisine with a modern table set-up; four-states Chinese cuisine corner, offering the best of Cantonese delights; four-states Thai cuisine corner; and four-states Indian cuisine corner. Amaya is the first restaurant in Dhaka to feature Chinese, Japanese, Thai and Indian dishes under one roof, whilst featuring an interactive experience with various live food stations and tastes at the whim of its excellent chef.
With a city and lake view, Amaya has a terrace that can seat up to 220 people, designated smoking areas, full buffet breakfast, set lunch, dinner, sensational food choices, signature soups, tantalising desserts, open kitchen, vegetarian dishes, the latest cocktails, wine collection, business lunch menu of three courses, Friday brunch, Amaya’s signature Dish of the Day, private dining area, a host of multicultural calendar events and many more. There is also an arrangement of soft Asian instrumental music, thematic dinner, live cooking, unique Asian ambiance, specialty cooking classes for chefs.
Amaya is open seven days a week from 6.30 am to 11.00 pm. Guests can enjoy Amaya’s buffet breakfast for BDT 1999++, set lunch for BDT 1,999++ and dinner for BDT 3,500++. In addition to dining in, Amaya is available for private events and catering.
