Ataur Rahman elected as chairman of PDBL

Ataur Rahman Prodhan, CEO and managing director of Sonali Bank Limited, elected as a chairman of Primary Dealers Bangladesh Limited (PDBL), a press statement said yesterday.   He was elected at the 11th annual general meeting held at Sonali Bank Limited head office in the capital yesterday. Syed Mahbubur Rahman, managing director and CEO, Mutual Trust Bank, was also elected as new vice chairman of PDBL. The audited financial statements of PDBL for the year ended December 31, 2018 were placed in the meeting which was unanimously adopted by the house after discussion.
