Khulna range police have launched e-traffic prosecution and fine payment system software coincided with traffic awareness week in all ten districts under its jurisdiction in a bid to bring transparency to the process of collecting fines from traffic rule violators. Deputy Inspector General (DIG) of Khulna Range Police Dr. Khondkar Mohiuddin introduced the system at a function held on Katakhali Shaheed Sriti Adorsho Degree College ground in Bagerhat as the chief guest yesterday. Chaired by Additional DIG (Operations and Crimes) for Khulna Range Police AKM Nahidul Islam, the function was addressed, among others, by Deputy Commissioner (DC) of Bagerhat Md. Manunur Rashid, Superintendent of Police of ten districts under Khulna Range Police.
