The Korean Embassy in Dhaka and Korea Foundation are jointly arranging the two-day ‘Dhaka Korean Film Festival 2015’, which will begin on November 13 at Bangladesh National Museum (BNM), Shahbag in the city. Prime Minister’s International Affairs Adviser Gowher Rizvi will inaugurate the festival as the chief guest. Four popular Korean films with both Bengali and English subtitles will be screened at the festival to help foreign as well as Bengali audience to enjoy Korean films. ‘Forever the Moment’ a 2008 South Korean film will be screened as the opening film on November 13 at 3pm and ‘Welcome to Dongmakgol’ directed by Park Kwang-hyun will be screened at 6pm. On the other hand, ‘The Face Reader’ directed by Han Jae-Rim and ‘How to Steal a Dog’ will be screened on November 14 at 3pm and 6pm respectively. Besides the screening of films, various events including a photography exhibition of Korean things and experience of Hanbok (traditional Korean Clothes) will be available for the visitors to enjoy the Korean culture.
