7 stalkers jailed in Jhenidah

A mobile court in Jhenidah sentenced seven stalkers to one month of imprisonment yesterday on charge of sexual harassment.
Officer-in-charge of Jhenidah Sadar police station Hasan Hafizur Rahman said police arrested them while making indecent gesture to girls sitting for Junior School Certificate (JSC) examination at Jhenidah Government Girls’ School.
 Mobile Court Judge acting upazila nirbahi officer and executive magistrate Osman Goni delivered the verdict.
