Woman�s body recovered

A housewife was found hanging at her home in Barahipur area of Feni district town yesterday.  The victim has been identified Amina Khatun, 23, wife of Shahin Miah. Victim’s husband Shahin said he was out of home on Sunday night. At around 4am when he returned he saw the hanging body of Amina and found the door open. He immediately informed the matter to his neighbors. On information police rushed to the spot. Witnesses said Amina and Shahin, a fish trader hailing from Baniachong of Habiganj district, have been living at a rented house for long.  Resident Medical Officer of sadar hospital Ashim Kumar Sahah it was not a suicide case. The victim was strangulated to death. Officer-in-charge of Feni model police station Shainuzzaman said the body has been sent to hospital morgue for autopsy.
