2 held with firearms

Police in a drive arrested two people along with two LGs (Light Gun) and 10 round of cartridges at Chamble of Banskhali upazila of Chittagong on Sunday. The arrestees were identified as Rasel, son of Joynal Abedin, hailing from Monphorganj upazila of Comilla and Hasan, son of Cherag Ali, hailing from Laksam upazila of Comilla district. Acting on tip-off we have conducted a search in Chamble area in front of Polli bidyut office in a CNG-run auto-rickshaw at around 6:30pm on Sunday and seized two LGs and 10 round of cartridges.
