The representatives from the Football Federation Australia (FFA) inspected all the facilities including grounds, accommodations, all around the match and practice venues yesterday.
Meanwhile another security official from Australia Patrick Michael joined with Mark John Saliba, head of the security of the FFA and Liam James Ryan, executive security wings of FFA yesterday.
Mark John Saliba Liam James, who came here on Sunday night and had a meeting with the Ministry of Home Affairs and the highest body of security agency on Sunday and expressed their satisfaction after knowing about the plans of security measures, inspected the ways (roads) of their football team’s movement from the hotel to practice ground and match venue.
Mark Saliba, James Ryan and Patrick Michael went to Sheikh Jamal Dhanmondi Club ground, the practice ground for the Australian team, Bangabandhu National Stadium (BNS), where the match will take place.
During their visiting the BNS, Australian security personalities also inspected the dressing rooms, the surroundings of the BNS, car parking areas and also play ground.
Abu Nayeem Shohag, general secretary of the Bangladesh Football Federation (BFF) informed all while he said that they inspected the match venue and the practice venue and the logistic supports.
“Everything is going on smoothly hopefully all are positives,” Shohag told the reporters.
The security team will stay here up to the match taking place on November 17.
Sheikh Mohammed Maruf Hassan, AFC security officer, who accompanied the Australian security delegation said that he explained them all about the arrangements of the team’s movement from the hotel, practice ground and match venue.
