Bangladesh T20 captain Mahmudullah Riyad played down the pressure of creating history by beating India on Indian soil to clinch the three-match T20 series as the first overseas team when he stated that they are solely focused on winning the match at any cost. The Tigers are leading the series by 1-0, following their seven-wicket victory in Delhi and a repeat would give them the series and help them earn a historical feat.

However, Mahmudullah is not ready to think too far ahead and more precisely take any pressure whatsoever from the outside ahead of their crucial game. “Not really, from the beginning there wasn’t enough pressure on us, as you have mentioned that we had nothing to lose when we first came here, it is more to gain and tomorrow is another opportunity to gain victory for Bangladesh cricket,” the captain said here yesterday.
