Bangladesh to send to 589 members in SA Games

Bangladesh Olympic Association (BOA) making Asaduzzaman Kuhnoor the chef de Mission, finalised a 589-member contingent for the upcoming SA Games to be held in Nepal from December 1-10. Among the 589 members of the contingent 468 athletes including 262 men and 206 female will compete in 25 disciplines of the regional sports carnival. In a meeting of the BOA headed by Secretary General Syed Shahed Reza on Friday also decoded to organize the ninth edition of the Bangladesh Games from April 1-10 in 2020 after the name of the Father of Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman. The eighth edition of the Bangladesh Games was held in 2013.
