The High Court (HC) yesterday fixed November 9 for hearing on a rule issued by it earlier asking the government to explain why the BNP acting Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir`s permanent bail should not be granted in three vandalism and arson cases.
The HC bench comprising Justice Mohammad Rezaul Haque and Justice Mohammad Khasruzzaman fixed the date while the matter came up in the daily cause list for hearing.
