RU takes steps over entry tests

The authorities of Rajshahi University (RU) have taken different steps to hold admission tests into honours programme for 2019-20 academic session in a hassle-free atmosphere.

The RU authorities also imposed ban on holding political rally, setting up help desk by district association, political parties, cultural and social organisations and asked the shop owners to submit price list of food items so that they cannot hike the prices. For the first time, the university authorities announced to give transport facilities to aspirant students and they could stay two days in university dormitories during tests.

Marking the admission test, the authorities have taken three-level security measures to take admission test in peacefully manner. Besides, BNCC, Rover Scute will help the students setting up help desk with law enforcers.

The admission tests for the first the honours courses for 2019-20 academic session will be held on October 21 and 22.  Detailed information about admission tests is available on the university website www.ru.ac.bd.
