RAJSHAHI: Indian Board Security Force (BSF) sent back six Bangladeshi nationals through Godagari frontier yesterday, officials concerned said, reports BSS.
They handed them over to BGB through a flag meeting in the frontier yesterday afternoon.
On Tuesday a team of BSF took the people to their camp for their alleged illegal intrusion to the Indian territory.
On hearing the news, local BGB authorities sent a letter to its counterpart for bringing back the Bangladeshi people as early as possible.
Major Ershadul Haque, second-in-command of 37 BGB battalion, told journalists that the people were handed over to Godagari police station yesterday afternoon.
