Innovation Xtreme to be held on Dec 5

SD Asia announced the return of the country’s biggest startup event, Innovation Xtreme 2015, will be held on December 5, says a press release.
With this year's theme, “Bangladesh: The Next Tech Frontier”, the event will take place at Radisson Blu Water Garden Hotel in the capital. The event partners will be Microsoft, Facebook, and TechInAsia  etc.
Mustafizur Rahman, CEO and founder, and Fayaz Taher, cofounder and CFO at SD Asia, both announced that--- this year five top startups would have the opportunity to win Facebook Start-up packages, each worth approximately $50,000 each.
Speaking at the press briefing at Bishwo Shahitto Kendro, Mustafizur Khan, CEO and founder of SD Asia said, “Through this one-day Innovation Xtreme flagship event, we will showcase the potential of innovators and entrepreneurs in Bangladesh that currently exists.”
“And by bringing international and local investors, entrepreneurs, businesses under one roof, the event will work as a catalyst to deepen the interest about the Internet based local economy”, he added.
In the startup alley 20 startups will show off their products and services to the investors who are visiting the community.
However, this year more focus will be held on tech and IT startups. The event will be powered by SD ASIA.
