The results of admission test of first year Honours courses under Ka-unit (Science Group) of Dhaka University (DU) for 2015-16 academic session have been published yesterday where 20.75 per cent of the admission seekers passed the test.
Vice-Chancellor AAMS Arefin Siddique announced the result at the Central Admission Office at the Administrative Building of the university.
A total of 16,840 students (20.75%) passed the examination among the 71,293 admission seekers who applied for the available 1,640 seats.
The admission seekers who qualified under quota will have to collect their form from the concerned dean office and submit within September 20 to November 14. Students can see results through SMS type DU Ka roll number and send it to 16321.
Meanwhile, the admission test-2015 of Gha unit of Dhaka University for the 2015-16 academic session will be held on Friday morning, said a press release yesterday.
A total of 90,130 students will vie for the 1465 seats this year, the release added.
