Top Shibir leader held

CHITTAGONG: Police arrested a top leader of Chittagong South District unit of Islami Chhatra Shibir (ICS) from Chunuti area Lohagara upazila of the district yesterday, reports BSS.
The arrested was Kafil Uddin Bhutto, 22. Police recovered a Light Gun and one round cartridge from his possession.
   A total of 12 cases were pending with different olice stations in Chittagong south district against him.
Police arrested Bhutto hailed from Chunuti area of Lohagara upazila around 3 pm yesterday.
     Bhutto has been wanted in several sabotage acts and vandalism on Chittagong-Cox's bazar highway, said Mohammad Naimul Hasan, additional superintendent of police, Chittagong (south).
