Mehazabien wraps up new TVC, telefilm

Model-actress Mehazabien Chowdhury, champion of Lux Channel i Superstar 2009, is now a familiar name in the small-screen industry. Busy with multiple projects right now, the artiste has completed shooting for a TVC (Television Commercial) and a telefilm titled ‘Tumi Amar-e’ recently.

Being particular about the story and characters, Mehazabien always focuses on the drama with good plots and follows the similar approach for TVCs as well, she said.

Under the direction of Nafiz, Mehazabien participated in the two-day shooting of a detergent powder TVC on Thursday last.

Alongside, the actress completed the shooting of ‘Tumi Amar-e’, directed by Mizanur Rahman Aryan. Actor Afran Nisho has starred opposite the actress in the telefilm.

Regarding her recent projects, Mehazabien said, “While working in TVC, I always give it a lot of thought as the TVC will be aired in multiple TV channels for a numerous time. Thus, I take extra caution for the TVC so that my performance is better. I work in them if I like it. The TVC of the detergent powder holds good story and the making was also good, the director made it with lots of care.”

“The story of ‘Tumi Amar-e’ is quite unique. I hope both the audiences will admire both the projects,” the actress added.

Mehazabien will participate in a two-day shooting of a tele-drama tomorrow under Mohidul Muhim’s direction, she informed to The Independent.
